How it works

Four inputs. One human check.

01

Enter what you've booked

Flight times, arrival and departure airports, and your hotel by name or address. Trip length comes from your dates — we don't ask twice.

02

Tell us who's going and what you like

Adults, kids, budget on the ground, and the kind of trip you want. Add any places you already know you want to see — those go in first and everything else is built around them.

03

We build and time the days

Places are picked on rating, review volume and your preferences, then ordered by real travel time between them. Rainy days are rebuilt indoors. Nothing repeats across the trip.

04

A planner checks it before you see it

Every itinerary is reviewed by a person who can reorder stops, swap in alternatives and add local knowledge no rating captures. Then it lands on your dashboard.

The part everyone else gets wrong

Most itineraries can't actually be done.

They start every day at 9am from nowhere in particular, and they schedule your first museum while you're still in a passport queue. Ours are timed from your door.

Day 1 starts at 9amDay 1 starts when you clear the airport — deplaning, immigration at the 80th percentile queue, bags, customs, the train in

For agencies and independent planners

The review queue is the product.

Waypoint does the timing so your planners spend their hours on judgement instead of typing. Nothing reaches a client without a person approving it.

Drag to reorder

Move stops and every travel time, arrival and end-of-day re-runs instantly. If the new order won't make the flight home, you're told before you publish.

Swap with a detour cost

Drop a stop and see three alternatives, each with the minutes it adds to the day. +0 means the route is unchanged.

Add what the data misses

Enter your own stops with your own durations and fixed booking times. The place you know is better than the place with more reviews.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do you book my flights?

No. You book your own flights and hotel wherever you like — through an airline, an agent, or on points. You enter what you're holding and we plan around it. That means no booking fees, no commission steering our recommendations, and no expired fare surprises.

What if my flight is delayed or changed?

Update the times on your dashboard and the whole trip re-times itself, including which stops still fit on the first and last days. On the per-trip plan, rebuilds are free.

How do you know how long an immigration queue takes?

Published border-agency wait data where it exists, refined by what our own travellers report. We plan to the 80th percentile rather than the average — planning to the average means one traveller in five misses their first stop.

Can I insist on specific places?

Yes, and they're placed before anything else is considered. A requested place is never dropped to make room for a suggestion, and if it truly can't fit around your flight we tell you which one and why.

Is a real person involved?

Yes. Every itinerary passes through a planner who can reorder, swap and annotate before you see it. The software handles the arithmetic; the planner handles the judgement.

Does it work on my phone abroad?

The dashboard is built mobile-first, and every day exports to Google Maps with the stops loaded as waypoints. A downloadable PDF for offline use is on the way.
